Stéphanie Villemagne
Stéphanie Villemagne specializes in strategic and international development in higher education. With over 25 years of experience across Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, she now supports higher education institutions in their transformation, internationalization, and the development of innovative programs.
Before becoming a consultant, Stephanie held several senior management positions at leading academic institutions. Most recently, she was Director of Development at ESSCA, Associate Dean at IE in Madrid, Associate Dean of Master’s Programs at CUHK in Hong Kong, and Global Director of the MBA Program at INSEAD in Singapore.
His career path has enabled him to develop in-depth expertise in program management, international strategy, marketing, recruitment, and continuing education.
Stéphanie holds a master’s degree in Applied Foreign Languages and International Business from the University of Montpellier, as well as an Executive MBA from INSEAD. She has also completed numerous executive programs in several fields, such as strategy and digital transformation (INSEAD), board governance (Harvard BS), sustainable development (IE), etc.
